Joseph P. Stottmann

Mr. Stottmann is the theatre and visual arts director at Yuba College and is a resident of Wheatland.  He has served on the board since 2005.

1st Vice President
Cynthia Fontayne

Ms. Fontayne is a marketing consultant, local blogger, and artist.  She lives in Marysville and has on the board since 2008.

2nd Vice President
Joaquina Calvo-Johnson

Ms. Calvo-Johnson is a retired music professor and professional singer.  She is also the Borgamaria Lyric Opera Director.  She lives in Yuba City.

Lily Noonan

Ms. Noonan is an artist and artist advocate for the Sutter-Yuba community.  She lives in Olivehurst.

Ms. Bowen is the Director of Curriculum and Special Projects for Sutter County Schools.
