Yuba-Sutter Regional Arts Council (YSRAC) is a private nonprofit, 501(C)(3) public benefit corporation, operating in conjunction with the California Arts Council's State-Local Partnership Program. YSRAC also functions as both counties' arts planning agency by authorization of the Board of Supervisors.

Yuba-Sutter Regional Arts Council has not only seen growth and change in our communities, we've been a part of it! Since our beginnings in 1980, we've developed a broad spectrum of services and interagency functions and programs--responding to the ever changing needs of our community. We've been here, reaching out in so many positive ways.
